Damages/Missing Items
All guests/owners will be responsible for any missing items or damages to the unit and/or furnishings that may occur during your stay.
Pool Passes
All pool passes must be returned at time of check out. Failure to return a pool pass will result in a $50.00 charge.
Pet Policy
Club Chalet does not allow pets. Any guest violating this policy will be subject to a $1000 charge and will be asked to vacant the unit immediately. *This policy excludes pre-approved service animals according to ADA guidelines.

Smoking Policy
All Club Chalet units are smoke-free units. Any guest/owner found to be smoking within a Club Chalet unit will be subject to a $500.00 charge.
Check-Out Policy
The check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on Saturday for Saturday check-ins and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday for Sunday check-ins. Failure to check out by check out time will result in a $50.00 late fee and removal of belongings. After 12:00 p.m., a full room rate will be charged to the occupants. Club Chalet Management will not be responsible for any items while in their possession. All check-out procedures must be followed upon checking out of a unit. A complete listing of check-out procedures are provided in the information booklet inside all Club Chalet units.
