Unit 1B is located on Park Line Drive, a quiet road, at the very top of the mountain. It is bordered on one side by the Smoky Mountain National Park and has a nice wooded view. It is approximately 5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 13 miles from Pigeon Forge. It is the lower floor of a two story building.
